The Lotus is a specialized restaurant-rating program that is implemented and coordinated by HTS group and VCCA, with support from the Vietnam Hospitality Network. The program aims to identify restaurants according to their quality, using the symbol of the ‘Lotus’, with scales of one to five petals.
The Expert Network will evaluate the restaurants based on the MGP/ MSPA Standards System, using the Mystery Guests process. This helps to standardize and promote the sustainable development of the catering system in Vietnam.
The restaurant rating & ranking report will be executed by a team of well-trained experts from HTS group, together with advice and verification from the Advisory Council. The report is released every year after being approved by the Association Advisors.
